America shipments only:

If you need to make sure your packages arrive before December 25th, here's the complete list of dates you'll need to ship by 

Here's the highlights:

  • USPS First Class Package: Ship by December 17th.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Ship by December 18th.
  • UPS® Ground: Delivery times vary, use our Rates calculator to get an estimate.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: Ship by December December 19th.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air®: Ship by December 19th.
  • Shipping to/from Hawaii, Alaska, or a Military address? Check out all the deadlines here.

*UK Shipments: Please note that due to supply chain issues high global demand and as a result of Covid, Christmas, and Brexit (If you are EU based), expect shipping delays.*

Keep in mind these are all estimates by the carriers, not guarantees. We recommend shipping your packages as early as possible to make sure they get there in the St. Nick of time.

Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Far and Middle East - Wednesday 8th December
Cyprus, Malta and Sweden, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia), Turkey - Friday 10th December

COVID-19

International orders are experiencing delays to due COVID_19. COVID-19 has imposed major difficulties on the settlement of such time period but we will do our best to get your order to you in a timely timely manner. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the USA on small, medium and large sculptures only.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to European countries. 

Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of these fees will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of them is the responsibility of the recipient, and you will be contacted directly from the courier or customs to make this payment.

Local delivery In Kenya

Free local delivery is available for orders placed within Kenya. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Ocean Sole Africa, 5150 Palm Valley Road Suite 406, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 or at Ocean Sole Ltd, Karen Village, Karen, Nairobi, Kenya.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours in Kenya are 9-5pm on Monday - Friday. You will need to make an appointment for pickup in our Ponte Vedra Beach store. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ocean Sole Africa, INC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@oceansoleafrica.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@oceansoleafrica.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
